Roundtable Registration

We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to cancel your attendance at our roundtable. Therefore, to avoid us having to cancel the event at the last minute due to reduced numbers, we gratefully ask you to nominate a suitable replacement from your organisation (who should also keep the date booked out in their diary). Please also provide us with the details of your substitute delegate.
