Having a wealth of wellbeing initiatives in place does not mean an organisation has a cohesive and effective wellbeing strategy. With increasing onus on the importance of wellbeing and heightened expectations of what employers should be providing, for many organisations, there are some tough questions to be asked about current wellbeing support provisions, the rationale behind what is in place and whether they really are effective, appreciated and sustainable.

Partnered by Goodshape, join theHRDIRECTOR for a roundtable in which we will discuss how to graduate from a list of wellbeing initiatives to a wellbeing strategy. We will look at how to devise a wellbeing strategy that is agile, sustainable, effective and futureproof, data-driven, targeted and integrated. In these challenging economic times, we will also see how streamlining provisions enables organisations to achieve more with less and at the same time improve the health and wellbeing of their people and the operations and performance of the wider business.

The debate will cover how businesses can transform the way they manage health and wellbeing, via cohesive support that is adaptable, easy-to-access and more tailored to individual needs, as opposed to the traditional blanketed, one-size-fits-all provision that invariably fell short.

Complimentary refreshments throughout, hot buffet sit down lunch and post event drinks
