Acas and CIPD team up with stakeholders to identify five key workplace trends for 2015

To help employers, managers and HR professionals plan for the year ahead and look at how the issues of the day might affect them

To help employers, managers and HR professionals plan for the year ahead and look at how the issues of the day might affect them, Acas has teamed up with the CIPD and HR Zone.com in a special report ‘Workplace trends of 2015’ which examines the five key workplace trends for the year ahead, which will provide the benchmark for good working

lives and effective workplaces. All of the five key policy areas combine elements of employment law and best HR practice and are as follows:

– Building skills and improving productivity.

– Zero hours and atypical contracts.

– Strategies for managing conflict.

– Social media and promoting employee voice.

– Flexible working and work-life balance.
