Reminder – new tribunal limits now in force

New tribunal award limits came into force where the event that gives rise to the

New tribunal award limits came into force where the event that gives rise to the award or payment, occurs on, or after 1 February 2013. Changes include increasing the unfair dismissal compensatory award limit from £72,300 to £74,200 (where the limit applies) and increasing the statutory maximum amount of a gross “week's pay” from £430 to £450, e.g. basic award for unfair dismissal, statutory redundancy pay, etc..
