Senior HR Manager/Head of HR
A Global Investment Management firm are looking for a Senior HR Manager/Head of HR on a 12-18 month FTC, to work closely with the COO, CEO and Executive Chairman to lead and manage the delivery of a responsive HR service to the business.
This is to look after a population of 180 people, to lead and manage the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive HR service to the business. The role will be a hands on, high touch and quite operational, supporting a population of long serving staff in a partnership environment with low turnover. High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management is essential. The role demands an all round and varied generalist, with an upcoming comprehensive year end, pension planning, L&D, Recruitment and Payroll. The business requires a solutions focused, proactive, calm and considered professional HR Manager with extensive experience ideally within small to medium sized financial services organisations.
The role will be to manage two Senior HR Advisors and a HR Assistant, with a total HR team of four people. Reporting to the COO and supporting the CEO and Executive Chairman.
Role is to start as soon as possible and salary is circa £80,000-100.000 pa.
