Senior HR Manager
Bolt Burdon Kemp is a progressive law firm that specialises in helping clients who have suffered devastating injuries. To do our best work for our clients we need to attract and retain the very best staff.
We are looking for a senior HR Manager who would like to work with us to make this a great place to work for self starting professionals. We have a staff approaching 100 people.
You must have at least 5 years HR experience working in a firm of solicitors and are likely to have at least 10 years HR experience. We expect CIPD level 7 or equivalent. You will be assisted by an HR Coordinator and an Administrator.
The role is a strategic one and the focus is on providing guidance to our managers and initiating improvements to our training programme, our wellbeing programme and all the other initiatives that are important to our people.
Our working environment is friendly, fun and very flexible. Excellent IT skills are essential.
