Operational HR Director
We are exclusively working for a rapidly growing technology organisation who are seeking a highly operational yet strategically focused HR Director/Head of HR to head up the UK HR function managing a team of 5 with a current client base of 450. The business is rapidly growing so this is a really exciting time for a HR Director to join the business and drive forward operational capabilities. The initial task for the HR Director/Head of HR will be to come in and help shape the function into being more robust, streamlined, effective and fit for purpose. Alongside the operational piece you will also act as an advisor to the UK senior leadership team therefore the ability to influence will be critical and key for your success.
The business has an entrepreneurial culture so needs someone that wants to be part of a journey, you must have an understanding that this role will be challenging yet extremely rewarding, with noteable value being implemented quickly. Profile You will be a confident, dynamic and resilient senior HR business partner/HRD, who has ideally worked in tech businesses, within a matrix organisation. A Solid, operational generalist with a HR Business partner background, you must demonstrate the ability to work at pace and manage change. You will need to have experience of HR operations and ideally have played an instrumental role in establishing process and procedures but also the commercial acumen to operate as a strategic advisor to the Senior leadership team.
Global experience. isn’t. essential but would be an advantage. Experience of managing and leading a team is essential.
The role will be based in Staines 2/3 days – car allowance, bonus 20% and pension.
