Interim HR Director
My client, a market leading technology/software business, is seeking an interim HR Director for an 8 month contract.
Based at their offices in central London and reporting to the VP Operations, you will be responsible for leading a global HR team of 7. Whilst this is a full generalist role there will be particular focus on talent during this assignment. Having just undergone a big and positive change initiative within the business, a key focus is on internal talent and how this can best be utilised as well as building clear career pathways for all.
Although the business has been around for over 10 years it is still very much a start up in many respects and, whilst they’re open on industry background, it is likely the successful candidate will come from a technology/creative industry or wider start-up environment. The office is a creative and fast paced environment where HR is truly valued and input from all is the norm.
This is an initial 8 month maternity cover contract looking to start late June/early July.
