Exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR Director with board experience to join a leading and highly successful organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. You will lead a team of specialists responsible for the day-to-day delivery of HR and L&D services and be the expert in the implementation and delivery of HR information systems, lead on transformational initiatives and ensure the reward strategy and structure is transparent. The HR Director is also responsible for leading and driving the HR strategy and working with the leadership team to drive change and performance. You will provide high quality leadership and oversight on the development and delivery of the organisation’s people strategy.
You will work collaboratively with a diverse and committed group of Directors and their teams, be hands on when required and encourage organisational culture that supports effective behaviours and ways of working that demonstrates clear commitment to the organisation’s visions and values.
