OnBuy have an exciting opportunity for a HR Director to join the team. Location: Bournemouth, Dorset. What you will do as HR Director: OnBuy is planning on onboarding at least 100 new employees in the next twelve months, as it goes through a period of rapid scale up. As HR Director you will define and deliver our people plan to support the business in delivering its business goals, whilst enabling people to perform at a high level, and to develop with the business.
Reporting to the CEO, you will also work closely with both the leadership team and line managers across the business.
