KM4HR are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our Hospitality client in the UK to recruit a HR Director to the growing UK HR team in this newly created role. Working closely with and being part of the senior leadership team you will be responsible for delivering a UK customer centric HR service across this growing business . You will review the delivery and lead on all HR Projects, manage the HR team across the business and assist Directors with wider business growth and strategic HR development. Key Responsibilities include: Work as UK HR lead on all generalist HR matters & projects.
Implement, review & upgrade HR strategies Review the delivery of ER case management across the business Review the delivery Change and transformation Manage the relationship with HR partners to ensure service standards are met or exceeded Knowledge Skills and experience Significant experience in all aspects of HR Operations including HR policies and processes, Employment Law and HR administration understanding of working in a multi-site role.
