HR Business Partner
A unique opportunity for a HR Business Partner is now available within an international Financial Services business. Headquartered overseas this business has 450 employees in the UK and a team of 5 in HR. The HRBP will report into the European HRD and will line manage a more junior Business Partner, two Officers and a HR Administrator.
The role itself will be generalist in nature and will be the trusted advisor to the designated client group (Capital Markets circa 200 heads) across the full HR suite – ER, recruitment, L&D, compensation and benefits, talent, succession planning, OD.
The HRBP will also line manage more junior level staff and will look to mentor, grow and develop these individuals as well as oversee and act as a point of escalation if required.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience within Financial Services that can come in and hit the ground running. Banking is the preferred choice. Drive and energy as well as excellent demonstrable experience in HR in both breadth and depth is essential.
Candidates will need to have previous experience and a strong understanding of the UK regulatory aspect of Financial Services and, as a Business Partner, be able to understand their role and importance to the business.
