The ideal individual will have:
- Experience in the reward industry, knowledge of compensation and benefits as well as experience within a global organisation.
- Previous project implementation and team management experience would be essential as well as the ambition to grow within a fast-paced growing organisation
- Senior stakeholder engagement as well as previous Renumeration Committee experience would be preferential
