Head of Reward
Annapurna HR are working with a Global leading business who are looking for a Head of Reward to lead the Reward delivery.
The role will be responsible for the creation & development of a Global Reward frameworkwhilst supporting the HR Director on the group-wide strategy. The role will undertake a number of key projects, including Global Job Families design, Bench marking (Mercer), Job Evaluation, Pension evaluation and integration of reward policy to their Saas HCM.
As the successful candidate you will have experience of working on compensation and benefits programmes within EMEA, USA & APAC.
This will be perfect for a Manager/ Senior Manager level Reward professional looking to gain more responsibility. The business’s flat model allows for incredible senior visibility whilst the role will provide a full 360 scope of Reward including Exec Comp, Cash Comp, Benefits, Pensions and mobility.
