A permanent opportunity for a Heard of Reward based in Sheffield. The Head of Reward will be responsible for shaping and lead the reward strategy for the business specifically compensation and benefits and pension programmed. You wll be responsible for managing the bank’s payroll and HRIS.

Our client is looking for someone with extensive reward and HR experience and you will need to demonstrate in depth understanding and ability to shape and execute reward strategy that result in commercial solutions. Ideally we are looking for an individual in financial services but are open to other industries.

You wil be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement the reward strategy to include : incentive plan, salary management, pension management, benefits management
  • Develop and deliver people analytics to identify trends and deliver solutions
  • Manage Group insured benefits, including private medical, group income protection, life cover
  • Hire,lead,engage,reward and develop members of the reward function
  • Lead the core cycle of reward activities including annual salary review and bonus payments

This role will be based in Sheffield and will need a strong reward profesional who is highly commercial with strong leadership experience. The role will manage a team of 3 professionals and high communication is key.
