Global HR Director
As Human Resources Director, you will lead business advisory, coaching, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, employment contracts and people analytics across a multi-jurisdictional business. Responsibilities will include:Own and drive strategic HR initiatives for the Company, including leading all programs that drive employee engagement, integration and retention. Provide strategic, operational and best practice advice on people related business challenges. Lead and manage all cyclical HR activities and programmes such as the Annual Salary and Bonus review process, Long Term incentive invitations and the annual objective setting and review process.
Develop strong and trusted partnerships with all levels of the organisation, and provide leaders and senior managers with objective coaching and advice. Partner with the leadership and senior management figures to develop and implement company-wide corporate plans. Take an active role in the recruitment of talent and supporting career development and growth for existing colleagues, participating directly in the recruitment and interview process for key roles across the business. Lead the HR Team in providing accurate and efficient HR administration and HR services, including ER.
You will have proven experience as a HR Director across an international environment and enjoy a mixture of operational and strategic elements to a role.
