Executive Compensation Manager

- SALARY: £70,000 – £100,000 per annum

You will be reporting into the Head of Executive Compensation with the view of developing into their successor. You will be responsible for supporting with the delivery of the executive compensation cycles inclusive of LTIPS, Salary Review and Bonus arrangements) for the executive community globally. Your role will also be responsible for the prep for RemCo documents and the ownership of the DRR. You will be leading on all executive share plan matters working closely with your peers in the global reward team, and act as the inhouse expert for all share plan queries. As part of this role, you will be launching the launch and maturity of the Sharesave Plan globally as well as work closely with their providers to oversee the non exec director payroll.

The successful candidate will have exceptional executive reward and share plans experience, having worked for a highly matrix global business previously. Our client would be open to considering candidates from both an inhouse or consultancy background. You will need to have solid operational experience as well as a commercial understanding of exec reward. You will also need to be able to demonstrate impressive senior stakeholder management skills.
