Deputy HR Director
As a result of growth, our client, a leading educational establishment based in North London, is looking to recruit a Deputy Director of HR. This role will be critical in supporting the Director of HR with the development and implementation of the People Strategy by taking the day to day operational lead across a range of core HR management functions. Key focus areas will be Employee Relations and Change Management. The position will: Manage a small team of HR Managers Business partner a commercial division within the organisation Own all Employee Relations activity Manage HR projects around induction, MI, HR process, employee engagement and more Key Background: Significant employee relations experience upto and including tribunal level People management skills Project management experience Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application Experience of engaging, guiding and supporting a range of business functions Have a hands on management style If you are keen to be part of a transforming organisation, have a down to earth approach to work and willing to work as part of a small, engaging team please get in touch.
