After 10 successful years running HR Summits, 2013 saw the launch of our Manchester HR Summit – returning this New Year bigger and better than ever.

After 10 successful years running HR Summits, 2013 saw the launch of our Manchester HR Summit – returning this New Year bigger and better than ever. Taking place on 11th February at the Midland Hotel, the event brings the industry together to discuss relevant business solutions through a series of face-to-face meetings. With endless networking opportunities and educational seminars; the Manchester HR Summit has established itself as an unparalleled platform for both delegates and suppliers to build upon their expertise and database of contacts in the dynamic industry.

Backed with 20 years of industry experience; the Manchester HR Summit stands out in an industry dominated by larger events and trade shows. The Manchester HR Summit differs not only in terms of size but also in nature. As a smaller event; the much overheard phrase “less is more” definitely comes to mind here. With the aim of building relations and forming business partnerships between like-minded individuals; the Manchester HR Summit is highly focused and specifically organised for relevant senior professionals and HR solution providers.

Attendance at the event is exclusively limited to delegates with significant purchasing power and upcoming projects within their respective organisations; typically HR Directors, Heads of HR and HR Business Partners. Our suppliers are carefully handpicked to match attending delegates’ current and forthcoming requirements – ensuring no time is wasted. As such, the Summit provides a unique opportunity for delegates to review their current product and service providers, in a relaxed, non-hard sell environment.

Coveted for its unique combination of face-to-face meetings, seminars and networking opportunities; the Manchester HR Summit is the ideal place for senior HR professionals to learn about what’s new in the market and where to make the right investments. A previous attendee on behalf of Salford City College comments on the 2015 event;

“Great opportunity to network with chosen suppliers with potential to have a positive impact on the organisation.”

Our 2016 event will be hosting some big names including senior decision-makers from Axis Group Integrated Services, BAE Systems, Co-op, Homeserve, NSG, Network Rail, Pendagron Ltd, Thomas Cook Airlines, amongst many others.

Providing the ideal foreground for suppliers to showcase their HR products and services; the Manchester HR Summit thereby provides a unique platform for suppliers to meet with senior HR professionals that are specifically interested in the products and services they provide; allowing suppliers to grow their customer databases effortlessly. Previous attendees from Lane Clark & Peacock share their views on a previous event;

“The event was brilliant, it allowed us to talk key HR decision makers and we learnt what was important to them, a great day!”

Enabling lifelong business partnerships through our proven concept of face-to-face meetings between delegates and solution providers is integral to our core philosophy. Within the increasingly competitive HR industry; the importance of a good business relationship between companies and their product and service suppliers has become critical. With this in mind, the Manchester HR Summit provides the opportunity to network on a personal level; cutting the unnecessary details with focused, straight-to-the-point meetings; the event provides the ideal foundation to begin a positive, mutually-beneficial business partnership.

Alongside face-to-face meetings, the event hosts several seminars given by the industry’s most influential players. Offering practical solutions to problems within the realm of HR; the vast seminar programme will be welcoming industry specialists Nottingham Business School and Chemistry Group to shed their wisdom on a diverse range of topics concerning the HR industry in sharp 45-minute long seminars and workshops; ensuring attendees remain fully informed on industry advances.

With plenty of opportunity to network and make relevant contacts; the Manchester HR Summit has established itself as an unparalleled platform to learn, engage and share amongst the industry’s top players.

The Manchester HR Summit will be taking place at the Midland Hotel on February 11th. With limited places available for both delegates and suppliers, register your interest on joining us at this event as soon as possible. Click here to book your place.
