Leading with resilience and agility are imperatives to unlocking future potential, along with innovation, decision-making, speed-to-action and finding balance between testing business reach and maintaining core values. But agile cannot exist without resilience and staying power and that can only result from driving engagement and alignment across the organisation. Consequently, HR must rise to the challenge, champion innovative ways to work and act on data and analytics swiftly, unambiguously, reliably and impactfully, in order to build confidence, momentum and trust in a strong, resilient and agile workforce that is fit for the challenges of the future.
Notably, despite a period of huge disruption and ever-changing challenges, some organisations actually reported increases in workforce wellbeing and productivity as well as higher revenue growth – proof that their approach was giving them a competitive edge. In the recent Global Workforce report* – which surveyed 1,000 senior executives, across 12 countries and ten industries – these companies were marked out as ‘Vanguards’. The same report also revealed that there are five key trends that will impact HR leaders over the next year.
So, join theHRDIRECTOR roundtable, partnered with partnered by KellyOCG – titled Critical steps to building an agile and resilient workforce. In this timely event, we will discuss: The importance of transparency over talent supply chains, why strengthening workforce agility with contingent workforce is key, how to reinvent the employee experience for all categories of workers and why you need to adopt the right technologies.
