Often we hear HR positioning themselves as business partners. Geoffroy argues that in fact HR is the business, not the partner, and there needs to be a change in how this role is perceived.
Cornerstone and IDC conducted research in 2016 which showed that over one in four (41%) of European line managers find HR processes a major source of management frustration. Whilst a key objective for most HR professionals is to make processes lean, it’s important to focus on objectives that have a positive impact on business success.
