In the second in our series of Covid-19 interviews with Senior HR Leaders, our Founder & Managing Director, Peter Banks, talks directly to Scott Northcutt, Senior Vice President – Human Resources, Bacardi Limited.
Scott shares how Bacardi has been tackling the key challenges that this global pandemic has presented for their employees (primos), their bar and hospitality customers and their organisation and also explores the opportunities ahead as they look to arrive safely at the ‘new better’ – a phrase they have adopted for their organisation. In this insightful interview, Scott poses some interesting questions and observations around the future purpose of the office, the learning from video meetings and the challenges of maintaining their highly social culture during lockdown.
