Linda Thompson, European Director of Operations - Gallup
Linda joined Gallup in 1999.Her expertise is in the recruitment and development of high performers across Europe. She manages operations, processes and the principal/researcher and consultants teams. Linda has overall responsibility for revenue, gross margin and profit for the European financial statements. She oversees the client relationship and deliverables from contract signature to project close.
Prior to joining Gallup, Linda was a human resources executive firstly with Ansells pubs and later with Allied Domecq. She has been successful in demonstrating results through people culture throughout her career. She is a member of the CBI.
