PMI Poll

A major private medical insurance company is introducing an “open referral” policy. Traditionally, the patient chooses a consultant on the recommendation of their GP. However, “open referral” policies mean that the private medical insurance company provides the patient with a list of consultants approved by them from which the patient can choose.
