Louise Redmond - Law Debenture
Louise Redmond, former Human Resources Director at the Bank of England, has joined Law Debenture to set up the Governance Services business offering services in company board evaluations and development for company directors and leading the organisations work in board effectiveness. She previously held senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline plc including Vice President for Organisation Effectiveness immediately after the GlaxoWellcome and SmithKline Beecham merger. Prior to this Louise was a management consultant at KPMG LLP where she assisted leading private and public sector organisations with restructings, privatisations and significant reforms.
