Judith Germain is Managing Director of Dynamic Transitions Ltd, a leadership company specialising in working with Troublesome Talent® and improving leadership performance within organisations. She is co-author of Amazon’s number 2 best seller ‘BusinessWise’ and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Judith provides strategic mentoring of business owners and delivers innovative leadership programmes, leadership consultancy, training, coaching and mentoring to corporate clients.

Prior to founding Dynamic Transitions Ltd, Judith spent over 10 years as Head of HR with additional responsibility for the strategic and operational running of the business; with a number of market leaders within the Retail, Media, Security, Defence and Quasi governmental industries.

Having also spent 8 years working for a leading insurance company, Judith has extensive experience of the many HR and management issues within the insurance sector.
