Makbool provides employment law advice with particular expertise in discrimination law issues and EU Directives/case-law in the issue. His clients include a number of FTSE 100 companies. He has special expertise in the financial services sector and pan-European companies.
Given Makbool's experience at the Commission for Racial Equality he provides specialist advice on both avoidance and management of discrimination in all areas. Makbool is a member of the Law Society Employment Committee, the CBI Equal Opportunities Group and is a former adviser to the Government on race relations.
