Andrea has worked with Microsoft for seven years, gaining an in-depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft's UK operations. She is part of Microsoft's HR leadership team, and puts immense energy into driving the company's vision for its employees.

Andrea is accountable for recruiting the industry's best talent for Microsoft in the UK, and she focuses not only on creating exciting & stimulating careers but also ensuring that managers and leaders support employees fully. Andrea also has an obvious passion for ensuring that Microsoft employees work in a positive and creative environment.

She takes great delight in the excellent services that the company offers its staff to enable them to be proactive about their health and fitness, allow parents to spend as much time as possible with their families, and to provide opportunities for finding an appropriate work/life balance. Whilst her breadth of knowledge and experience helps her with the ever-changing demands of her role, her life's motto is "enthusiasm is oxygen for the soul!"
