Established in 1991 StressBusters were the UK’s first mobile complementary healthcare company. We provide the complete range of alternative therapies for your staff and company health awareness events.

Our most popular service is an effective fully-clothed head, neck and shoulder massage on our specially designed portable massage chairs, leaving you relaxed and revitalised.

We also offer classes, talks and Stress Management workshops, including Adapting to Change and Performing under Pressure. These can be delivered in 100 minutes, half days, or full days and can be followed up by our one to one coaching sessions, promoting wellbeing and increasing productivity.
