Our Managing People Effectively programme has been changing lives for nearly 20 years. It helps participants to manage themselves, their staff, their colleagues and their superiors more effectively. Using our unique Model of Management and Leadership Development we show people not just who they are, but help them reach their potential and become a better manager.

Returning to the workplace between modules, participants put new insights and behaviours into practice before returning to Cranfield for three-days to consolidate their learning.
