Flexible working offers many benefits to organisations and increase productivity and more effective working and for employees flexible working provides improved their work/life balance as well as increase engagement and loyalty to their company.

We will explore the key elements that enable flexible working. Technology is the enabler for people who spend some or all of their time working away from the office to be able to stay in touch, and access company systems reliably and securely. In all areas of the workforce, flexible working has been a triumph, but how was it achieved? Introducing it properly calls for a change in behaviour, and that’s a bigger job than simply altering how you use technology.
