Just over 70% of Interims feel that Interim Management is where they should be, in spite of the fact there are likely to be fewer assignments around, tougher competition for jobs and less pay - Demand eased in December
A survey of 7500 Interim Managers polled in December 2007, revealed that demand for Interim Managers in the UK increased compared to 2006, with the number of assignments and daily pay rates at all time high. - HR remains in demand, says survey
Increased demand remains for the interim HR professionals with expertise in restructuring and downsizing.
