Overview
In his capacity as Deputy HR Director for Resolution plc, Steve has overall responsibility for managing all HR change activity, with particular emphasis on the effective integration (or outsourcing) into Resolution, of the people acquired as a result of M&A activity.

Career History
Prior to taking on his current permanent role with Resolution plc, Steve originally joined Resolution Life Group on a consultancy basis, shortly after its formation, supporting the business in the acquisition of a small Life Company. Prior to moving into HR consultancy, Steve has held a variety of senior HR roles in a number of blue chip companies within Financial Services. He also has experience working in manufacturing, retail and local government. 

Areas of Expertise
Whilst essentially a HR generalist, Steve’s key skills and experience include HR project management/consultancy, employee relations, management and organisation development, HR strategy, internal communications and reward and benefits.
