Karen has worked for Atos Origin since 1998 and is currently the Client Training Services Manager. Prior to heading up Client Training Services Karen worked within the HR Department as an Operational HR Manager, and prior to that as one of the Career Development Managers. Karen is currently responsible for the delivery of all Training Services to Atos Origin’s clients, which usually starts in scoping out an opportunity, to developing the training solution, and then managing the delivery of the training service.
Prior to working for Atos Origin she worked for Halifax Plc (currently HBOS) for a number of years. She worked on a Branch Sales Team as a Mortgage and Product Advisor and then moved into the Bank’s Regional Training Department. Karen worked within the Regional Training Department for 5 years, and was responsible for training for 14 branches of the Bank, together with delivery of courses at a Regional level.
Karen is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
